At the Neurodiversity Foundation, our mission is to advance the scientific understanding of autism and other neurodevelopmental differences through clinical research, medical support, behavioral advocacy, and innovative AI tools. We are committed to identifying the genetic, neurological, and biological underpinnings of autism, including co-occurring conditions, vulnerabilities to other diseases, and disparities in life expectancy. We champion a “Strengths First” model empowering neurodivergent individuals to thrive by recognizing their unique cognitive profiles, while also addressing systemic barriers to dignity, healthcare, employment, and inclusion. Grounded in both science and lived experience, we seek to replace outdated, deficit-based narratives with a holistic model of support.
